KRISTEN EGERMEIER
Kristen Egermeier (Blanche Matthews) is thrilled to be working on Mad Breed! She has recently been seen around town in The Stinky Cheese Man, Rashomon, Sign Me Alice, and 1984. Other roles include Amy in Rocket Science, Viola in Twelfth Night, Nell Hicks in The Taste of Sunrise, Mopsophil in Emperor of the Moon, and Davita in Davita's Harp. Kristen holds a Theater degree from California State University, Northridge. She would like to thank her husband David and her family for all of their support.
DANNY GAVIGAN
Danny Gavigan (Edwin Booth) was born and raised in Maryland. Past credits include All That I Will Ever Be, The Studio Theatre 2ndstage; The Waverly Gallery, Didactic Theatre; Made in China, Solas Nua; and References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot, Rorschach Theatre. He will be appearing in The Romans in Britain with Washington Shakespeare Company this summer.
ERIC HUMPHRIES
Eric Humphries (John Wilkes Booth) have been seen with Molotov Theatre Group in Ticks or Doing the Deed, Keegan Theatre in Alone it Stands, Synetic Theatre in Animal Farm, and as Hamlet in the Maryland Shakespeare Theatre production of Hamlet. He holds a B.A. in theatre from the University of Maryland, College Park.
LEE LIEBESKIND
Lee Liebeskind (John Sleeper Clarke) is proud to be returning to the Active Cultures' stage for his second time (Petri Dish Circus). Lee is a local theatre artist whose regional credits include Amaryllis Theatre Company/Gallaudet: Much Ado About Nothing (Verges), Rorschach: Rough Magic (Caius Marcius/Alecto), Journeymen Theatre Ensemble: Getting Out (The Guard/The Principal), Forum Theatre: Antigone (Jonas). Lee has also Assistant directed for Olney Theatre Center's productions of The Foreigner and Brooklyn Boy. Lee is an artistic associate of Journeymen Theatre Ensemble as well as a founding member of the Inkwell Festival.
AMANDA THICKPENNY
Amanda Thickpenny (Asia Booth) is delighted to be part of Mad Breed. She recently performed as a multitude of villains in The Bremmen Musicians at Classika Theatre. Other credits include Rorschach Theatre (Jackie Lawton's The Devil and the Marine), Firebelly Productions (Twelfth Night), Venus Theatre (Beatrice! Or Boogsnot…and George Washington Slept Here), Howard University (The Story), the Inaugural Capital Fringe Festival, and readings with Folger Theatre, Washington Shakespeare and Washington Women in Theatre. This past summer, she performed in Paris with Jacques Lecoq's protege, Pascal Laurent, and his street theatre company, Friches Theatre Urbain. She holds a B.A. in theatre from American University.
